To many, healthy eating may sound disguising because of all of the bland grass (vegetables) they think they have to consume only. So not true! Words from a classic movie:

Bubba Blue: "Anyway, like I was sayin', shrimp is the fruit of the sea. You can barbecue it, boil it, broil it, bake it, saute it. Dey's uh, shrimp-kabobs, shrimp creole, shrimp gumbo. Pan fried, deep fried, stir-fried. There's pineapple shrimp, lemon shrimp, coconut shrimp, pepper shrimp, shrimp soup, shrimp stew, shrimp salad, shrimp and potatoes, shrimp burger, shrimp sandwich. That- that's about it."

You can do your vegetables just like that. Look below for a few personal favorites that involves fish.



Salmon, spinach, and brown rice dinner

Salmon benefits- great source of protein, potassium, B vitamins, and may reduce the risk of heart disease.

Spinach benefits-lowers cholesterol, powerful anti-inflammatory and antioxidant abilities, helpful with guarding the nervous system, and slows down the aging process.

Brown rice benefits- whole grains are always a plus but it may help prevent blood clots, lowers cholesterol, and help with food digestion and fullness.
